I have to register to attend the SHIFT Conference 20TEN?
Yes, everyone must register to attend
all Day and Evening Sessions.
What is the cost to attend this
event?
Early Registration:

Individual: $40
Late Registration:
July 1 – August 14, 2010
Individual: $45
Does the cost include ALL events
presented by Kevin Mickie Ministries
during the SHIFT Conference 20TEN?
Yes, the cost listed includes events
beginning Wednesday evening, August 11th
through Saturday August 14th,
which will be the Singles and Young
Adults Summit. Lunch will be served
on-site, Saturday August 14th.
However, this is an additional $10 cost
to your registration.
Does the cost include hotel
accommodations?
No, the cost listed is for
registration only. A block of rooms
have been reserved for this event,
however, you must contact the hotel
directly in order to secure your
lodgings. The host hotel is the Hampton
Inn and Suites (703) 619-7026. Please
use
DISCOUNT CODE: SHIFTVA.
Will the conference be held at a
separate location from the hotel?
Yes, the event will be held at the
Harvest Assembly Baptist Church, located
at 8008 Fordson Road in Alexandria,
Virginia (zip 22306).
Will Kevin Mickie Ministries
provide transportation?
Yes, we will provide transportation for
registrations that have come in prior to
the start of the conference, Wednesday
August 11th, 2010.
Transportation will be provided from
Host Hotel to Conference Venue and back
OR from either one of the closest metro
stations in Alexandria, Virginia to
Conference Venue and back. Please call
and schedule your transportation needs
at least 2 weeks prior to the Conference
start date.
Will I receive confirmation of my
registration?
Yes, you should receive a
confirmation letter(s) and badge(s) via
US Mail 30 days prior to the conference.
If you do not receive them call customer
service at 1-877-88-KEVIN to confirm
your registration.
Will there be time to visit the
sites of Alexandria, VA OR Washington,
DC?
The conference will begin on Wednesday
August 11th at 7:30pm and
conclude on Saturday August 4th
at 3:00pm. In accordance with the
conference schedule, you are at liberty
to plan your own site seeing expedition.
For your convenience, included in your
registration materials will be a local
attractions brochure/visitors guide
which should include all local
attractions.
What is the dress code?
Attire for the conference is business
casual/casual
What is the cancellation, change
or refund policy?
All purchases are final and payment in
full is required at time of
registration. In order for us to bring
you and other registrants continued
value, we cannot provide refunds or
exchanges after your registration and
payment have been submitted.
